Our flat roofing division specialises in three of the most reliable modern systems: GRP fibreglass, EPDM rubber and high-performance torch-on felt. We will recommend the right choice for your project, budget and the life expectancy you want.
GRP fibreglass gives you a seamless, glass-hard surface that is ideal for smaller domestic roofs and walk-on balconies. EPDM rubber is our go-to for medium and large areas thanks to its 50+ year design life and single-piece installation. Three-layer felt remains an excellent economical option when installed to current standards.
Every flat roof we install starts with a proper deck inspection, replacement of any rotten OSB or ply, correct falls to outlets and fully bonded trims at the perimeter. We never cut corners at the edges — that is where most flat roofs fail.
All work is backed by insurance-backed guarantees of up to 20 years and is signed off to current Building Regulations for thermal performance.
