Before any work starts, one of our senior estimators will carry out a full survey, assess the existing structure and talk you through the options for tiles, breathable membranes, insulation upgrades and ventilation. You receive a detailed written specification so there are no surprises.
Our installation teams strip the existing roof, inspect and repair any damaged timbers, install high-performance breathable underlay and battens to BS 5534, and lay the new covering with precision. All valleys, ridges, hips and verges are finished using modern dry-fix systems for a maintenance-free life.
