A properly applied render can transform the look of a tired property while providing a long-term weatherproof coating for the walls beneath. We install a full range of modern render systems including K-Rend silicone, Weber silicone silicate, acrylic thin-coat and traditional sand-cement with a smooth or Tyrolean finish.
Silicone-based renders are highly breathable, self-cleaning in the rain and resistant to algae and cracking, which makes them our recommended choice for most UK properties. They are available in dozens of factory-mixed colours so there is no painting required afterwards.
All of our rendering is built up on proper stainless-steel bead systems, with alkali-resistant mesh cloths where needed, ensuring that corners, reveals and stop beads stay crisp for the life of the render. We never cut corners with cheap galvanised beads that rust and stain the finish.
External Wall Insulation (EWI) renders can be specified as an upgrade where improving thermal performance is a priority — ideal for older solid-wall properties.
